Serenity Springs aims to provide a 3-Dimensional Health and Wellness Program which aims to balance the mind, body and spirit. The natural interplay of flowers and greens, fresh and cool breeze sets the mood for pensive ambiance. There are meditation and prayer gardens to keep the mind calm. Regular spiritual activities may be scheduled to provide nourishment to the soul which may vary depending on individual preference and beliefs. To stay active, there are walking and running patches, invigorating daily exercises, sports facilities like a mini gym and mini golf course; and other recreational facilities like regular board games, field trips and movie nights to be constantly entertained.
